HISTORY, EDUCATION AND OVERVIEW

Mr. Feldman is the founding and managing partner of Feldman, Fox & Morgado, P.A. Mr. Feldman was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1965. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1987 with a BS in Finance; and he earned his Juris Doctorate from top ranked, Emory University, in Atlanta Georgia in 1995. Mr. Feldman became a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 1995 and the Florida Bar in 1996. Since 2000, Mr. Feldman founded the law firm with its beginning in Tampa, Florida. He is the founding partner of the firm, and the managing partner of the Tampa and Ocala/Gainesville offices.

Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida and Georgia. He is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in Florida, and The Federal District Court in Atlanta, Georgia. He has handled cases in all corners of the State of Florida, both Federal and State.

Mr. Feldman is a member of RISK INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SOCIETY (RIMS) the WCCP and PCCP, the West Coast Claims Association and the Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Feldman's practice areas are broad in scope, with the emphasis on civil litigation. Mr. Feldman served for several years as lead outside counsel for a large regional telecommunications company, representing the business in cases involving: whistleblower claims, discrimination, unpaid wages, overtime wages under the FLSA, breach of contract, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, tortious interference of business and contractual relationships, sexual harassment, and fraud. Throughout his general civil litigation and trial practice, Mr. Feldman has handled many large value business lawsuits and other real estate related matters involving $5 million dollars or greater, including lawsuits against several international real estate developers and nationally known large scale insurance companies. Additionally, Mr. Feldman was lead counsel on a National multi-million dollar FLSA (overtime wage) case in Federal Court successfully resolved for the clients.

TRIAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Feldman has an outstanding jury trial and bench trial track record; he is undefeated in all jury trials attended. Mr. Feldman prevailed on several cases on significance representing the defense, including the cases of:

1 Mann v. DOT , Circuit Court, Alachua County, Gainesville, Florida: Jury Verdict for the defense, October, 2007. Automobile accident case alleging negligence in road design and maintenance.
2 Craig v. RJD Enterprises, d/b/a McDonald's: Circuit Court, Sarasota County, December 2001. Trip and fall case alleging negligence in failure to warn and failure to maintain the premises in reasonably safe condition.
3 Heiffer v. IDS Telcom , Broward County Circuit Court, December, 2004. Breach of contract, enforcement of non-solicitation, tortuous interference and civil theft case. Mr. Feldman represented IDS Telcom.

Mr. Feldman serves both corporate and individual clients, insurance companies, large self-insured corporations, TPA's and associations. Throughout his years of litigation practice, Mr. Feldman has had the opportunity to write many appellate briefs, motions for summary judgment, appear at bench and jury trials, and has historically litigated cases involving: negligence of nursing homes and ALF'S, automobile and truck accidents, workers' compensation, slander and libel, toxic torts such as mold, wrongful termination cases, medical malpractice, fraud, independent contractor liability under respondent superior, and various types of real estate and real property litigation, including recovery of real estate deposits.

Mr. Feldman is married with 2 children. He is an avid golfer, and has interests of tennis, physical fitness, travel, boating, and snow skiing.
