The firm is proud to announce the expansion of our Ocala office and new location. Partner Mark Fox will manage the Ocala office and is now officially makes Ocala his primary office, in addition to handling legal matters throughout many geographic areas in Florida. Mark Fox heads the firm's transactional real estate practice for all offices.
The firm also announces the growth of the firm's practice areas to include labor and employment, real estate transactional matters, ERISA disability matters, all wage and hour and overtime claims. Leading the ERISA Disability practice area is partner Dale Morgado. Mitchell Feldman heads the firm's labor and employment practice group. Mr. Feldman has an extensive trial experience and years of experience on a multitude of labor and employment claims such as: overtime wages, discrimination and harassment, whistleblower claims and non=compete and employment contract disputes. Mr. Feldman served for many years as lead counsel for a mid-size, regional telecommunications company, and has litigated in both State and Federal Courts on cases involving non-compete agreements, employment contracts, racial discrimination and overtime wages.
The firm has prevailed on its last 2 jury trials. Mitchell Feldman was lead counsel on the case of Mann v. DOT in Alachua County Circuit Court in October, 2007.
