Benjamin Kanoski is an associate attorney at Feldman Legal Group. He focuses his practice on matters involving employment law, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, whistleblower claims, and wrongful termination. Mr. Kanoski earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, College of Law.

Prior to joining Feldman Legal Group, Mr. Kanoski served 14 years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. During that time, Mr. Kanoski prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging in severity from petit theft to first-degree murder, taking more than 70 cases through trial. During his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Kanoski served as a supervisor of the County Court division, supervising between 10 and 30 new attorneys. Mr. Kanoski also was assigned to the DUI Manslaughter Squad for 12 years, specializing in all traffic homicide cases and working the cases from the moment they happen through trial and sentencing.

Ben lives in the north Pinellas area with his wife and two children. Ben enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and distance running.
